With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, we’ve created a group training environment where every session is purposeful, every member is valued, and every workout moves you closer to the strongest version of yourself.
Our facility blends the best elements of functional fitness into a hybrid-style group training programme, delivered across four sessions each week. You’ll experience a mix of:

Olympic lifting and barbell basics
Bodyweight strength work
Bootcamp-style conditioning
Dedicated Deka/Hyrox-inspired sessions for real-world functional fitness
